Terms & Conditions

Upon signature by the coach of the host school, CFTOA agrees to provide officials to help with the administration of your meet. Officials will, based on their availability, sign up to work. However, CFTOA cannot guarantee the number of available officials.

Once you have requested officials, an event on our platform will be created, and when an official signs up, you will receive emails with the official's contact information.

If you are paying directly and need W-9's, please request those directly from the officials.

If you are using CFTOA to pay officials, please follow up with your bookkeeper to ensure the payment for services has been processed.

Please remember: If you cancel the meeting for any reason, call the booking agent to cancel the event in our system and notify the officials.

The host school and Meet Director will provide the following to support the officials:

1. Pay the officials at the end of the meet, unless billing through CFTOA.

2. Have designated parking for the officials.

3. Provide workers to handle starting blocks, hurdles, etc., for the duration of the meet.

4. A courtesy meal and plenty of water for the duration of the meet.

5. A tent for any Clerk of Course, with a table and chairs.
